RETURN started by bringing people together in Costa Rica and learning what actually makes a group experience work.
The right home matters. So do the meals, transport, timing, local partners, energy of the group and the small details nobody should be managing while they are there.
Today we use that same approach for families, retreat leaders, communities and companies — designing each experience around the people rather than forcing people into a package.
