Working models
Model 1
Production Fee
The facilitator brings the group and hires RETURN to plan, produce, and operate the Costa Rica side.
Best when
The facilitator already has an audience, pricing model, and participant sales process.
Model 2
Per-Person Ground Package
RETURN provides a per-person package covering the agreed Costa Rica services. The facilitator may add their own teaching or facilitation fee.
Best when
The facilitator wants a simple participant price and a clear separation between retreat content and local production.
Model 3
Selected Revenue Share
For selected projects, both sides may jointly build, promote, and sell the experience. The revenue split reflects who brings the audience, marketing, sales, content, and production.
Best when
Both sides are making a meaningful contribution to the project.
Revenue share is not the default model.
What makes a good hosted retreat
Sample retreat structure (5 nights / 10–16 people)
Facilitator-led session.
One major Costa Rica experience.
Shared meals and rest time.
Movement, breathwork, ice bath, surf, or nature.
Shabbat support.
A slower day for integration.
Session and dinner.
Why work with RETURN
You should not have to teach a morning session and then spend the afternoon calling drivers, solving room problems, coordinating dinner, or checking whether the next vendor is arriving.
