For Facilitators & Retreat Leaders
You focus on your people, content, and facilitation. RETURN handles the places, meals, transportation, local experiences, vendors, guest flow, and everything happening on the ground.
Booking a villa is possible. Building a week that works for a group is a different job.
RETURN helps connect the accommodation, food, transportation, local activities, pacing, guest care, and on-site production into one experience.
Model 1
The facilitator brings the group and hires RETURN to plan, produce, and operate the Costa Rica side.
Best when
The facilitator already has an audience, pricing model, and participant sales process.
Model 2
RETURN provides a per-person package covering the agreed Costa Rica services. The facilitator may add their own teaching or facilitation fee.
Best when
The facilitator wants a simple participant price and a clear separation between retreat content and local production.
Model 3
For selected projects, both sides may jointly build, promote, and sell the experience. The revenue split reflects who brings the audience, marketing, sales, content, and production.
Best when
Both sides are making a meaningful contribution to the project.
Revenue share is not the default model.
Facilitator-led session.
One major Costa Rica experience.
Shared meals and rest time.
Movement, breathwork, ice bath, surf, or nature.
Shabbat support.
A slower day for integration.
Session and dinner.
You should not have to teach a morning session and then spend the afternoon calling drivers, solving room problems, coordinating dinner, or checking whether the next vendor is arriving.
Your job is to lead the retreat. Our job is to help the week work.

Tell us about your audience, your work, and what kind of retreat you have in mind.
