RETURN group gathering at sunset on the beach

The RETURN Experience

The Week Should Fit the People.

Nature, movement, adventure, shared meals, celebration, downtime and the kind of moments people remember — shaped differently for every group.

RETURN designs group experiences for families, retreat leaders, communities and companies that want more than a stack of reservations.

We shape the right rhythm around the people: time together, adventure, food, rest, movement, celebration, optional programming and the local details that make the experience feel connected.

Not a packed tourist itinerary.

Not a fixed retreat template.

Not a random group trip.

A clear structure, built around the people — with enough space for the week to feel alive.

The Rhythm of Return

Every group is different, but the feeling is simple.

We move

We breathe

We explore

We play

We laugh

We gather

We connect

The rhythm is shaped around the people, the place and what the group actually needs.

What We Build Into the Experience

Built around your group, not a fixed menu.

Every RETURN experience is built differently. Some groups want more adventure. Some need more rest. Some want deeper group work. Others want more celebration, food, music and social time.

We shape the experience around the group — then choose the right mix of moments, activities and spaces. These are the ingredients that may be part of your week.

A Day at Return

Structured enough to feel held. Open enough to breathe.

The days are structured enough to feel held, but open enough to breathe. There is time to move, explore, eat, rest, connect and let the unexpected moments happen. This is a sample rhythm — not a fixed itinerary.

How the Week Flows

One Possible 6-Day Rhythm

Every RETURN experience is different. Some groups want more adventure, some want more rest, some want deeper content, and some want a more social, celebratory week. This is one possible rhythm — not a fixed itinerary.

Day 1

Arrival, settling in, meeting the group, opening dinner.

Day 2

Morning movement, nature or beach time, shared meals, first group moment.

Day 3

A fuller experience day — adventure, water, jungle, culture or whatever fits the location.

Day 4

A slower day with open time, beach or rest, a shared sunset and a private dinner together.

Day 5

More play, celebration, reflection, ocean, nature, group time or closing dinner.

Day 6

Breakfast, closing moment, goodbyes and departures.

The schedule is not the product. The point is to create the right rhythm for this particular group.

Costa Rica

The location should serve the experience.

We do not start by forcing every group into the same destination. We look at the people, flight reality, budget, pace and what the week needs — then recommend the Costa Rica base that makes sense.

Santa Teresa

Santa Teresa

Surf, sunsets, jungle roads and beach life.

RETURN’s original home base — strong for family weeks, private groups and experiences built around ocean, movement, food and adventure.

Montezuma

Montezuma

Waterfalls, wild beaches and a slower rhythm.

A more intimate option for families and groups that want nature, hidden beaches, jungle trails and less structure around them.

Uvita & Dominical

Uvita & Dominical

Jungle hills, ocean views and big nature.

A strong setting for retreats and active groups — waterfalls, surf, jungle, spacious properties and room to build a full week.

La Fortuna

La Fortuna

Volcano, rainforest, hot springs and adventure.

A different Costa Rica rhythm for teams and groups that want a more active nature-led experience away from the beach.

Not sure where in Costa Rica?

That is part of what we help decide.

Tell Us About the Group

Bring the people. We’ll build around them.

Family, retreat audience, community or company — tell us who is coming, what the experience is for and what needs to work. RETURN can shape the place, rhythm, meals, activities, logistics and production around them.
